Principal and Vice Principal For A Day!

Wednesday, we had an amazing Principal and Vice Principal for the day! The students did an incredible job helping Mrs. Fallon, including helping out with the K-3 Teddy Bear Picnic Snapshot.

The gentlemen even assisted Mrs. Fallon with the Bean-Boozaled-Challenge! Students who turned in their Reading Logs for February get to choose if Mrs. Fallon ate a jelly bean or they get to brave the mysterious beans. She has eaten a whole bunch of moldy cheese and rotten egg beans this week! Great Reading Lions!

Egg-citing Fun!

FullSizeRender.jpgCome join us for our Pointe Schools Community Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 26th between 9:00am-12:00pm at Canyon Pointe Academy. We will be having egg hunts by age, crafts, photo opportunities, and an author visit! Over 1,400 eggs have been stuffed with prizes and a few extra special surprise eggs will be hidden so come see how many eggs you can find!
Please, see the website for more information and we will see you there!

Lunchtime with Fallon:

IMG_0111.JPGLast week, we had three friends enjoy some yummy lunch and chit-chat with Mrs. Fallon! The friends chose to eat lunch in her office and even got some awesome books with their lunch orders! Mrs. Fallon reported that Lunch with the Vice Principal is one of her favorite activities here at CPA (but it sure is hard to choose) and cannot wait for the next one!

Bucket Fillers!

Mrs. Fallon came in to read a special book to Mrs. Mingle’s Kindergarten class today. They learned all about how kindness and love will fill buckets while hurtful words or hands could empty buckets. They had made special “Hands are not for Hitting” projects earlier in the week and challenged themselves to be fill as many buckets as possible!
